Consulting for Arts Organizations
I help arts organizations and companies develop new programs. From years of working as a theater producer, I know how to be efficient and optimize spending. I'm also very knowledgeable on funding resources including grant and sponsorship support. Packages include a strategic plan of action, timeline, and deliverables.
